The Genealogical Society of Whitley County has an Online Index which includes the names of the Bride, Groom, Parents, and Witnesses. Full transcriptions of the original applications have been published by the GSWC.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Family History Library
Whitley County marriage records through Book 9 (1925) are available on microfilm through the Family History Library. More importantly, perhaps, is the fact that the Marriage Applications recorded at the courthouse have also been microfilmed. In addition to the marriage records the Family History Library has Deed Records through 1901, Estates and Guardianships through 1931, Probate Records through 1925, and Will Records through 1928. You can search the Family History Library Online Catalog to obtain the microfilm numbers for these records.

The Indiana State Library Genealogy Division has an Online Database that is searchable by name and/or county. This may be a good resource for Whitley County folks who were married in other counties in the early days before and after the formation of Whitley County.
